CONTRACT
No contract will subsist between you and GH Pittman Limited for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until GH Pittman Limited accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time GH Pittman Limited sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

PRICE OF GOODS
GH Pittman Limited is a business to business industrial supplies company.

The prices advertised on this Site are for orders placed through our Site facility and exclude VAT. Prices on some items may differ from those listed in GH Pittman Limited catalogues. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice. Any "list prices" used on this Site relate to the manufacturers' suggested selling prices and may not be indicative of the actual selling prices in your area. The price listed on the Website (the 'Price') for GH Pittman Limited  products (the "Products") will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong.

CREDIT CARDS

GH Pittman Limited will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you pay via any of the card type supported.

Please print & retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be sent to you via email.

Once GH Pittman Ltd. has received your purchase request we will begin to process you order. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped.

INVOICES

On completion of the transaction you will receive an email from our service which will contain our proforma invoice within a few minutes of placing the your order.

DELIVERY
Risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the Customer on delivery. The property in the products shall not pass to the Customer until all sums due to or owing to GH Pittman Limited by the Customer on any account have been paid and, until payment, the following provisions shall apply. Except where full payment has been made in cash, the whole of the price shall not be treated as paid until any cheque or other instrument of payment given by the Customer has been met on presentation or otherwise honoured in accordance with its terms. If the Customer defaults in the punctual payment of any sum owing to GH Pittman Limited, then GH Pittman Limited shall be entitled to the immediate return of all products sold by GH Pittman Limited to the Customer in which the property has not passed to the Customer. The Customer hereby irrevocably authorises GH Pittman Limited and its employees and agents to recover the products and to enter any premises of the Customer for that purpose. Demand of or recovery of the products by GH Pittman Limited shall not of itself discharge either the Customer's liability to pay the whole of the price and take delivery of the products or GH Pittman Limited' right to sue for the whole of the price.

RETURNS

The Customer may only return products to GH Pittman Ltd., and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions: The Customer must contact us and obtain our prior consent for the return, using the returns enquiry form available upon request from GH Pittman Ltd.. This should be completed and returned to GH Pittman Ltd. If GH Pittman Ltd. consents to the request, this enquiry form will be returned to the Customer giving details of handling charges to be applied (see below). The Customer must sign this form (acknowledging acceptance of any conditions) and return it to GH Pittman Ltd. with the relevant products at the address below using registered delivery. The Customer must return products to GH Pittman Ltd. in an unused condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date, stating the relevant invoice number. The cost of return shall be borne by the Customer. Where specific instructions appear in the catalogue against any product regarding its return to GH Pittman Ltd., the Customer must follow such instructions.  All products are returned at the Customer's risk and GH Pittman Ltd. accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to them.  Calibration, delivery and other charges cannot be credited or refunded, and will be deducted after the appropriate handling charge is applied. Products must be adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: GH Pittman Ltd., 9 Barrow Mews, Centaur Street, Carlow, Ireland.

Products accepted for return will be credited at invoice value, subject to the following handling charges. If product packaging is unopened a 10% handling charge will apply with a minimum charge of EURO15.00. A higher rate may be levied where: the product is returned outside this period; where product packaging has been opened or damaged but the product remains in an unused condition; or where the quantity of product ordered required special provision.

CANCELLATIONS
The Customer may not cancel orders once accepted by GH Pittman Ltd.. Any cancellation or part cancellation of an order by the Customer will only be accepted on written agreement with GH Pittman Ltd., the terms of which will indemnify GH Pittman Ltd. against any expense incurred by GH Pittman Ltd. In the event of part cancellation GH Pittman Ltd. may invoice the Customer for any difference in selling price per unit applicable to the quantity despatched up to the time of cancellation compared to the quantity ordered.

If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

TERMINATION
We may terminate the Website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.
